The county directory itself stays public and free, with no sign-in, and you are welcome to send people straight to it. An account is for the three things above, which are yours rather than everybody’s.

Sending mail in your own name is switched on by somebody at the mill, one account at a time, before it will send anything. Everything else works the moment you have typed a code back in: the county list, and a brochure for any of them carrying your business name.
